However, we may change our prices for future services when needed. Such updates will not affect any service you have already booked and confirmed.

Our Responsibility and Limits

We care about your belongings and handle them with care. But sometimes, unexpected things like weather problems, roadblocks, accidents, or strikes may cause delays or damage.

Household Storage Ncr will not be held responsible for any such problems that are beyond our control. If you have taken insurance for your move, we will help you file a claim. You must provide proof, like photos or receipts, for any damaged or lost items.

Your Responsibility

We expect you to pack your items carefully, especially if you are doing the packing yourself. We are not responsible for damage to items packed poorly or if you did not tell us about fragile or breakable things.

If your move needs special permissions (for example, moving to another country or restricted area), please make sure you arrange those in advance.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling may have extra charges depending on how close it is to your service date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
